As a Certified Happiest Baby Educator, Jenn also teaches families the proven soothing techniques developed by Dr. Harvey Karp, empowering parents with practical tools they can use with confidence long after her time in their home has ended.

Jenn has worked with children and families in private homes since 1996. In 2003, she founded Modern Baby Nurse and began focusing exclusively on newborn care in a temporary, supportive role for families. In 2013, she expanded her expertise by earning her Registered Nursing degree from Cuyahoga Community College, blending strong clinical knowledge with decades of hands-on newborn experience.

Whether working as a daytime Postpartum Doula or an overnight Newborn Care Specialist Jenn is passionate about helping parents feel capable, informed, and truly supported. She is highly respected by colleagues and deeply valued by the families she serves, who appreciate her experience, intuition, and steady reassurance during the early weeks and months at home.

In addition to daytime, overnight and 24/7 care Jenn provides parent coaching allowing families to implement her techniques directly with confidence and peace of mind.
